  51. 1.      Wildcat! Software by Mustang Software Inc. (MSI).  Every online
  52. system needs Wildcat! Software.  Wildcat! is the software that is
  53. responsible for handling incoming calls to the system and the basis for
  54. any online solution.  Wildcat! comes in 4 different versions and offers
  55. a variety of accompanying utilities depending on needs.  Integrated
  56. Solutions Inc is an established Certified Mustang Software Integrator.

  70.          Each version of Wildcat! (excluding IM) is identical except for
  71. the number of nodes it directly supports.  Please refer to your Wildcat!
  72. brochure and accompanying literature for complete details and features
  73. of Wildcat! BBS Software.  Wildcat! IM version requires special hardware
  74. and configuration, but has identical features offered in the 250
  75. node Professional version of Wildcat!.  See Appendix A for details on
  76. Wildcat! (IM) Intelligent Multiport Version.

  78. 2.      Multiline and Multinode operation.  Requires specific hardware
  79. considerations for proper performance and operation.  It is imperative
  80. that the proper hardware be approved by Integrated Solutions Inc. in
  81. conjunction with it's hardware division Executive Computers before
  82. consideration for a multiline installation is plausible. Should you
  83. require installation assistance and hardware, Integrated Solutions Inc.
  84. provides a full line of PC's, network solutions, and accessories.  We
  85. also have a full time staff available for quality installations and
  86. service. Below is the various hardware configurations for different
  87. applications of installation.  These are considered basic requirements.
  88. Each system/solution may require additional equipment and/or software.

  90.         a)      Wildcat! (IM) Hardware Basic Requirements.
  91. Supports up to 8 nodes on a single PC with full 38.4kbps throughput with
  92. no speed degradation and 8 full DOS sessions.  You can also link several
  93. 8 port IM's together using a Netware 386 network and fileserver for up
  94. to 250 node capabilities.

  113.         b)      Wildcat! can be configured on a stand alone PC or in a
  114. LAN environment.  Should you require a single node installation or wish
  115. to use existing network hardware, Integrated Solutions Inc. can provide
  116. a specific solution quote to meet your needs.  After evaluating your
  117. hardware and network, if we find your existing hardware to meet our
  118. requirements we will offer suggestions and comments in the pursuit of
  119. obtaining a complete solution for you.

  121. 3.      Upgrades.  Depending on your needs and requirements several
  122. different variables may require you to consider additional upgrades
  123. over the basic requirements.  You may need additional hard drive space
  124. if you are planning on distributing large amounts of information.
  125. You may need additional software to help support a specific needed
  126. task.  This section outlines clearly the available upgrade options and
  127. recommendations.

  136. 4.      Modems.  In order for your online system to receive remote calls
  137. via telephone lines you must have one modem per active node.  Modems range
  138. in price according to speed.  The faster the modem the more expensive.
  139. We have chosen some very reliable and well known brands that have served
  140. the BBS industry faithfully for years.  Choosing a quality modem that is
  141. reliable is a key element of success.

  154. Installation Policy - Setup and Training
  155.  
  156.         Installation requirements vary with each solution.  Integrated
  157. Solutions Inc. offers the amount of installation required to get the
  158. job done!  We offer a Basic Installation and Setup Cost which includes
  159. specific items listed below.  Additional customization and training is
  160. available upon request for $100.00 per hour fee. Integrated Solutions
  161. Inc. also offers time billing voice support at $12.50 per 15 minutes.
  162. 24 Hour Emergency response is available for sysops and/or their callers
  163. and the rate is figured on a case by case basis.  Specialized HUB
  164. support and remote support services are available.
  165.  
  166.         Basic Turn Key Installation.  A "Turn Key" installation implies
  167. that you turn it on and it works. Integrated Solutions Inc. is unique
  168. to the online industry by being able to offer complete solutions with
  169. every aspect considered.  Our Basic Turn Key Installation includes
  170. approximately 10 hours of full customization.  The items listed below
  171. are included.
  172.  
  173.         a)      Hardware Integration.  It is vital to the success of
  174. the installation that the hardware is properly configured for a
  175. communication environment.  Our years of experience in installing and
  176. setting up networks, customized PC's, and communication solutions
  177. ensures proper hardware setup.  We often comment, "There is a right
  178. way and a wrong way to do the same job.  The wrong way may work,
  179. but won't work right or to it's full potential."  It takes an expert
  180. to know the difference between a proper configuration and one that
  181. marginally operates with frequent lock ups and system failures.
  182. Communication systems must be reliable and we install reliability.
  183.  
  184.         b)      Software Integration.  Configuring the hardware is
  185. half the battle.  Proper software setup combined with the installed
  186. hardware is essential.  Integrated Solutions Inc. provides you with
  187. the assurance that your software is installed correctly for proper
  188. performance and operation.

  190.         c)      Customization.  Out of the box Wildcat! operates
  191. within a few minutes.  The basic configuration is not sufficient for
  192. most communication requirements, however.  Our true talent lies in
  193. our ability to properly customize Wildcat! BBS software menus,
  194. commands, features, and functions so that your callers feel
  195. comfortable when they log into your system and they intuitively know
  196. how to navigate online.   It's many years of experience in setting up
  197. Online Services that gives us the knowledge to give you an effective
  198. "polished" look and feel to your system.  This makes the difference
  199. between a successful Online System and one that fails. Implementation
  200. is everything and your success is of course, our success.

  202.         d)      Training.  We also include approximately one hour of
  203. System Operator (Sysop) training.  The designated Online System Operator
  204. receives the proper basic training to maintain the system.  This
  205. training does not include customization training or advanced feature
  206. training.  Basic Sysop training provides the knowledge necessary to
  207. properly operate the system, process callers, manage system message,
  208. file, and user databases. Additional training for advanced features and
  209. customization is available at $100.00 per hour rate.  On-Site Training
  210. is available, however most training is effective via remote access.

  212.         e)      Two free remote follow ups.  After the installation is
  213. complete, the system is properly running and has been fully configured
  214. and customized to specifications, we offer two free remote follow ups.
  215. We can call in remotely at no charge two times to make requested changes
  216. to the Basic Installation remotely.  Should your require any on-site
  217. modifications, you will only be billed for travel and no onsite labor
  218. charges.  Follow up labor is limited to one hour per follow up.
  219. Additional follow ups and customization are available at $100.00 per
  220. hour rate.  Initial travel fee per trip is not included and varies
  221. depending on location.  Out of State travel accomodations are available
  222. per request.

  224.         f)      One hour free phone technical support to use as you
  225. wish.  After a new installation, the System Operator may have minor
  226. questions that we can answer in just a few minutes.  We give you one
  227. full hour of FREE phone technical support from your first call after
  228. installation is complete.  This allows us to answer any questions you
  229. may have and ensure proper maintenance of the system at the Sysop level.
  230. Additional phone technical support is available at 12.50 per 15 minute
  231. increments and must be billable to a valid credit card or funds must be
  232. paid in advance and on retainer.  24 hour emergency response technical
  233. support is also available with a real person to handle your call.  Rates
  234. vary per request.  If you require 24 hour emergency response a separate
  235. contract is available upon request.

  237.         All this is included with your Basic Turn Key Installation.  You
  238. easily save money in development time, man power, and hassle, and you
  239. have the peace of mind to know it was installed, configured and setup
